Research and design the content management system for a project details page on a headless CMS platform.

Who: Marketeq Internship

What: Heuristic evaluations, market research, card sorting, user flows, prototyping, wireframing.

Result: An optimized content management system for the project detail page, that includes best practices, industry-standard features, that stands out and exceeds industry norms.


Design a feature for customers to divide payments with others.

Who: CashApp Case Study

What: competitive analysis, conducted user interviews, created a persona, created a journey map, conducted usability tests, created a mid-fidelity prototype in Figma, assisted in creating a high-fidelity prototype, and presented the project to stakeholders.

Result: We created an easy, simple process that allowed all parties involved to be aware of what they are paying for.

Increasing Intakes for a Mental Health Private Practice by 320%

Who: Chicago Therapy and Wellness LLC, Freelance Project

What: conducted user interviews, conducted usability tests, and created an intake system within companies existing software system.

Result: 320% Increase in monthly intakes.

Who: Patagonia Case Study

What: competitive analysis, created & evaluated results from a survey, conducted user interviews, created a mid-fidelity prototype, conducted usability tests, created a high-fidelity prototype, and presented the project to stakeholders.

Result: Increased trust between users and the company.

What: reviewed user interview scripts, created affinity map of reported issues, created persona, created journey map, created the new site map, created new UX flow, presented results and possible solutions to stakeholders

Result: A solution for simplifying the user experience.
